Experienced tennis professional with more than 17 years coaching all kind of levels, from 3 years old to high pathway competition programs, adult groups, private tuition, etc.

Ivan have been coaching in reputable academies in Spain, instilling confidence and providing encouragement to all students with special attentive support to children. Goals setting, sport performance and monitoring progress, answering questions, provide feedback, and otherwise communicating with parents, as appropriate.

Ivan is certified by the Real Spanish Tennis Federation as National Professional and National referee. Also, National and European Professional certified by Adrian Rattenbury and Luis Mediero RPT (Registry of Tennis Professional).

Currently Ivan is working as a tennis coach at the renowned Cranbrook School, Rose Bay (Sydney), and has an extensive clientele in private tuition around Sydney. Also, he is a professional Padel player, a revolutionary new sport here in Australia, with more than 8 million people playing in Europe.

BEN HIGGINS

I am a successful and enthusiastic tennis coach and Director of Racquet Sports. I have been coaching for the past 19 years. In the UK, I developed both a mini tennis academy (HOT SHOTS) and a High-Performance academy.  In Australia at Knox Grammar School and Cranbrook School I have implemented a Hot Shots program at the Junior School. At the Senior School, I have implemented both a Senior program along with a High-Performance program. I have been instrumental in the success of many national players in the UK and Australia.

I am hard working and have a love and passion for the game of tennis. I really enjoy coaching and love the challenge of teaching all different age groups and abilities. I am reliable, organised and very punctual and feel lucky enough that I am a role model to the boys I coach. I have a good rapport with all and believe that everyone should have a chance to play the game of tennis, but most importantly, enjoy it!

• National Ranking top 40 – U18’s in the UK
• Winner of many County and UK Tournaments from U10’S – U 21’S
• Represented my County (Essex) from Juniors to Seniors.
• Played National Club Team Tennis- achieving regional status
• County Junior tennis team captain
• Organised and played in a fundraising exhibition tennis match for a local charity
• Created a successful tennis school academy in the UK from 2003- 2010
• Coached many mini tennis players to County and UK standard
• Captained Knox Grammar School (Australia) Tennis Team to the Finals of the Australian School Sport Championship and finished as runners up of the event, which was the best the school had ever achieved
• Increased the numbers in Cranbrook Tennis (Junior and Senior School)
